When he opened "Le Sarrail" at the gates of Troyes on September 15, 1975, Sébastien Moya took up his biggest challenge. It creates from scratch a restaurant with 200 seats, which is revolutionary for the time!
Faithful to its history and its roots, the Moya family has developed and prospered the work of its founder thanks to the different values of its success: a greedy and refined card in a warm and timeless atmosphere.
